Tomorrow's the big day! Here’s some tips to help you prepare/recover.
Clothing – If you're weird and not wearing @GrandAC clothing, the next best thing to wear is a nylon material. Super stretchy, breathable, and sweat-wicking.
Diet – Carbs will be your best friend. Pasta, potatoes, and breads will be the fuel that keeps you going.
Hydration – Tons of different views. Our advice is to stay as hydrated as possible by drinking water early and steadily throughout the event. If possible, take an electrolyte tab 3 hours before you plan on starting.

Recovery – Foam rollers are a life saver. Same with resting and decompressing. Some believe the fastest way to recover is by taking a 5-10 minute ice bath. It’s supposed to reduce inflammation and promote healing.
