WHO'S A PRETTY LITTLE COSMIC BEASTY, THEN?

Picked up a loose and broken #Babylon5 Shadow Sentient action figure on eBay, shortly after winning a mint, carded one. It had 50% of its legs snapped off, and one of them is missing completely, so this will be a slow & creative repair!
Of his six legs, he had lost his rear and front right, and front left.

Some quick investigation suggested the legs I *have* are his rear right and front left, meaning the front right is missing. I will have to fabricate a replacement, probably using the front left as a guide.
Gave him a good wash, and left him overnight to dry.

I couldn't tell what the various pieces are made of - looks like maybe a hard, transparent plastic for the legs, which is painted metallic blue and heavily brushed black?

Regardless, I could re-attach the rear right leg now!
Tried a little dab of PlasticWeld, but it didn't interact with the plastic at all. Had to go for good, old fashioned superglue gel...

Very fiddly, and hard to hold steady. Decided to add a blob of putty to keep it still for an hour.
After it was dry, the bond was very strong - enough that I could even move the leg back and forth/up and down, on the original ball joint.

Only once he was upright and standing, did I notice that all the legs are different lengths. These toys were pretty badly designed 😄
Taking a look at the front left leg, I'll need to make some decisions about how to fabricate a front right one... and I'm open to suggestions... 😆

It need not be perfect, but I reckon my main choices are 1) sculpting over a wire skeleton, or 2) press-moulding an exact copy?
I'll take any advice anyone has. Here are some nominal scale shots, for reference.
