If you didn& #39;t know a while back during the take down and "cancellation" of Datsik (Rightfully so), some of the same...
... allegations that are currently being presented against Bassnectar were being presented then. The lead accusers in the allegations were 3 girls Miranda, Becca, and Jenna. According to these posts on the EABN instagram, Becca claims to have been 16 years old and slept w/ BN...
... but according to Becca& #39;s voter registration she actually at the time of the supposed encounter was 19 years of age not 16. So therefore this allegation was completely false...
... and if you& #39;re asking yourself what about the Jenna girl, well she admitted that the whole thing was hoax and that the women were all of age and it was all a lie/joke...
... this right here should be a red flag for anyone who actually looks into things instead of blindly believing information they are presented. These women in 2018 went to great lengths to falsify information against Bassnectar in order to ruin his career...
... however just because there is some falsified information does not mean that you should just throw away any other allegations but instead look into them to make sure of their validity. On the EABN instagram page there are many anonymous claims or "friend of a friend" stories..
... you have to say that looks very sketchy for Bassnectar but it is also very hard to confirm any of the validity of these messages because of the lengths these 3 women went to before to falsify "proof". When it comes to victims you should always believe them first...
... until there is proof against what they are saying. In this case there is literal proof that women in the past that falsified "evidence". Therefore our logic tells us to look into claims from now on and make sure they are valid before making a decision...
... there are also other red flags on the EABN instagram account, the reddit user "pharris60" has come across multiple different fake instagram accounts echoing information in favor of the EABN instagram posts. ... another post was made that showed that one of the dms shown as proof on the EABN instagram was time and date stamped 7 mins after a Bassnectar set in 2012. Which is unlikely that he is dming people on stage. Possible but unlikely...
... this post was made on EABN instagram stating that on Bassnectar& #39;s rider that he requested "young girls" but according to multiple different artist hospitality agents this is false and definitely not on his official rider. So another falsified post. Another red flag.
... now onto the "damning" evidence, according to EDM twitter, the audio recording. In the clearly edited and chopped audio recording you can hear clearly the voice of Lorin Ashton, with no one elses voice. We don& #39;t know the full context of this recording because...
... it is edited and chopped to spin the narrative that Bassnectar is speaking to a 17 year old woman. Which in fact we have no clue who he is speaking to. In the beginning he is speaking directly to a person calling them "you". After this the audio cuts and...
... he refers to this section of the audio in 3rd person saying "she" and this is when he says "17 years old" Some have speculated that he is speaking about a hypothetical situation and others have speculated that he is speaking indirectly to the person saying she is 17...
... without the full audio file we are unable to determine the context of what he is saying and who he is saying it to. Especially with the editing and cutting in and out it seems like a red flag but definitely something to wait and see. (Full Audio Transcript Below)
... there are other allegations on the EABN instagram page but nothing from any confirmed or valid sources. Which leads us to take caution especially when there is proof of other falsified "evidence"...
... We do not want to discredit by any means the stories of real victims if they exist. Their voices should be heard. But we believe that if real victims exist that & #39;evidenceagainstbassnectar& #39; is muddying the waters and discrediting real allegations, doing a disservice to justice

... with the allegations against, Datsik, Graves, Space Jesus, ect. we have definitive evidence against them with real victims sharing their stories on multiple occasions... as opposed to the allegations against Bassnectar having no valid evidence of anything illegal yet...
