immune system is trying to fight an infection. it rises by a few degrees (1-3) so it can kill the toxic cells/bacteria. if your fever gets unusually high it’s very dangerous and u must go to the doctor immediately, because your body temperature has risen to a level where it can’t

difference between bad cells & good cells anymore & kills off important cells that u need !!! that’s why it can be deadly. so... endeavor must be careful to not overheat his body too much bc it’ll harm his health. dabi, having his mothers body -> even colder body temperature +

more sensitive to heat. if his quirk works in anyway like shotos or endeavors (overheating/freezing) it’s very very likely he killed off many cells in his body that he NEEDS to be healthy. and we know his quirk is so bad it even burns his skin. that doesn’t happen to endeavor
