idw y'all to be pulling the problematic and triggering jokes out everytime someone turns out to be problematic, because they don't cancel out like y'all insist it does
y'all don't like amber bc she's cringey and doesn't take accountability for the racist things she says.

but the memes y'all make of her often attack her image's adjacency to butch lesbians/trans men
y'all don't like shindong bc he did blackface and said some vile sexist shit a few years back he hasn't acknowledged or apologized for.

but y'all attack him for being fat or ugly, and y'all attack random fans of his who dare state that they find him cute/attractive
and the jimin case today needs no re-explanation from me, but I've been seeing pictures of her looking sickly being likened to EDs or compared to pro-ana people.
it's almost as if y'all have been harbouring these problematic thoughts since all this time and are simply waiting for an idol screw-up to justify using it in an edgy drag.
stan twitter has made really offensive triggering jokes so common and acceptable, but this has left many of yall with very few opportunities to use them without being called out, so y'all have decided that using it on problematic people somehow makes it okay.
nobody wants to address precisely the issue at hand, because that takes so much more time & labour than the easy free clout you can get from attacking the said person for their undesirable traits, even if it was fatphobic/sexist/ableist etc
it's scary to me because people who use these drags seem to be acutely aware of

1️⃣ how harmful these ideas are, and
2️⃣ how they can get away with it because everyone else has also justified using it the same way
I truly cannot imagine cutting corners on my moral compass, all for a cheap joke that will be forgotten by tomorrow.
