If you’re trying to mentor someone and you make them cry then you’re really not mentoring.
If you’re pressuring someone into a work situation that they feel is unsafe then you’re more concerned with your career than their wellbeing.
If someone says they were in a scary situation don’t pass it off as a joke because they were telling you about their trauma and you’re making things worse.
Mindlessly hounding overworked reporters about that tweet you saw exhausts them and people tune you out as a defense mechanism.
