If faculty are expected to teach F2F in the fall, then I want every administrator giving every memo, update, etc. verbally, while standing and wearing a mask. Must show a ppt w all evidence for why this is financially necessary & minimally risky to health. Enunciate clearly.

Oh, and your admin isn't allowed to field your chat or audience questions for you. You must monitor your in-person audience, and online chats yourself.

Don't lose your train of thought or appear disorganized or your post-pandemic evaluation that is used for your performance-based salary raise may suffer. And all memos need to be available on Canvas immediately after the announcement. Links to additional resources appreciated.

Don't forget to enforce mask-wearing with your F2F audience members! You wouldn't want to be held responsible if someone in your audience came down w coronavirus, since you're not allowed to tell anyone that they were exposed bc that might violate HIPAA or FERPA.

And the presentation must be recorded and posted on Canvas, with manually-edited, accurate captions. I'd hate for your faculty/staff to think you're not being inclusive.
