So, let's talk about setting intentions (a thread).

We often + easily set goals — chart a course from point A to B. Goals are great but at certain spots between A and B, you will struggle to find the willpower + discipline to stay on track.

That's why intentions matter!
Intentions are basically a description of what you want to achieve through your goals.

They are for whenever you need a reminder of why you do what you do.

They boost your inner strength + build resilience when you are struggling on the journey to your goals.
When you set clear intentions, you will find the motivation and drive to get up and go for those goals even on the hard days.

It is only the 3rd day of July + it is not too late to set intentions that will see you through until you crush your goals.
My intentions for July:

🌱 body intention: to manage my time better — make more time for rest.

🌱 mind intention: to be more patient with self + with others.

🌱 spirit intention: to do the will of God — patiently wait for clear instructions before acting.
Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I will come back to these intentions. They will remind me of my ultimate WHY.

(I recommend setting no more than 5 intentions every month)
