This was reported internally. “I appreciate you, we will get through this,” Chief says about good officers. If officers disagree with her decision “I will take your resignation today.”

Interim Chief Wilson says the 3 officers in photo sent it to 2 officers involved in McClain’s death (Rosenblatt and Woodyard). Officers told Chief they sent it to make the two feel better. Woodyard deleted and said nothing. Rosenblatt texted back: “HaHa”
