what the liberal media & ruling class is doing to trump, much like they’ve done to hitler, making him out to be an ‘exceptional’ evil—unlike anything we’ve ever seen before—as a means of separating themselves from their political crimes, is incredibly grotestque & ahistorical

trump, just like hitler, is not the exception but the rule of what white supremacist patriarchal capital(ism) is capable of & if we to allow them to exceptionalize what trump is doing (even if he’s doing it in unorthodox ways), we will be bamboozled & another trump will rise

what hitler did, and what trump is currently doing—as in their (racialized) political/economic/war crimes—are not exclusive or unique to either of them as individuals, as western history and the liberal media class would like to have us believe.

but instead, racial terror, violence, genocide, are merely built into the fabric of the mere existence of the west, they’ve always done these things and will continue doing these things; until we do something about it.

the global capitalist political economy is predicated on and sustained through racialized violence, and cannot be attributed to any one individual “leader,” or figurehead.

when i say that hitler, or even trump, are not “exceptional evils” i mean every US president, ever, has terrorized & killed countless people, as their policies and upholding of US hegemony, imperialism, and global capitalism, directly lead to such a deadly consequence

hitler was quite literally, on record, inspired by the US’ treatment of black & indigenous people in america. but, the US, and the west at-large, likes to exceptionalize him, as if what he did was so unspeakable to them when they’ve done similar, if not the same exact things.

native genocide, slavery, japanese interment camps, korean war, iraq war, yemen, what obama & hilary did to libya, etc etc (i could literally go on for days).

hitler was not the first hitler, and as the last 75 years since his suicide have shown us: he was not the last.
