[Why is Jungkook the center, and why is he so scarily good at it]?

My opinions THREAD;
The center of a group has to embody the “feel” and image of the entire group the best. For example in Itzy it’s Ryujin cuz she is the perfect balance of badass and cutie (the “extremes” as said by members are Lia and Chaer feminine, yuna bright, yeji bright/badass.
Thus Jungkook is able to balance every member in the group in not only vibes but also his facial features. He is able to capture the attention of the quick fleeting camera work that is the style of Kpop performances—which is really crucial. His dance isn’t too fluid or too
—hard. The way he moves his body and weight is powerful, sharp and “heavy”. He is almost a perfect Golden Ratio face (that’s Taehyung), but something peculiar is his eyes. They’re huge. They’re double lidded with aegyo sal meaning that his eyes are visible/defined from afar too
This also means his white sclera is much more visible than other members,, definitely contrasting with dark colors like the members hair and the rest of the face. Since humans are drawn to the eyes and then the mouth in order, jungkooks eyes are a huge asset. Then his mouth.
As said by he himself, Jungkooks most prominent “Jungkook” feature is his lips and the way they’re so uniquely shaped. As a singer and vocal, his beautiful mouth structure also catches the eye as he sings. Paired with his charismatic eyes and brow structure, he is the most
Physically advantaged member for being the center (aside from handsomeness too). And of course, his talents in vocal, dance, and charisma. He led BTS in Some of their hardest choreos at such a young age. I mean all of Dark&Wild, No More Dream, Fire??? He was a minor early on too.
{adding on to his facial features cuz I just can’t stop} Jungkook has a high nose bridge and defined masculine 3/4 and 180 degree facial profiles (he doesn’t have a typical longer flatter face). This is also important because in a lot of bts dances, their backs/bodies don’t
Directly face the camera, so having such a defined chiseled unique face at such angles is crucial. I know I focused a lot on his face but it’s really important because the center is typically what makes the largest impression on new viewers and to the audiences. You can’t find
Another center quite like Jungkook, whose image is that between a youthful bright face to a darker brooding matured countenance (a kind of parallel between the different ranges found in BTS songs). He’s a true performer with god gifted talent, and even moreso as BTS’ center.
{another addition} if you pay careful attention at BTS live performances, notice how JK’s eyes never leave the camera,, like he’s really trying to ingrain the message of his lyrics into the audience. It’s definitely something I noticed early on joining the fandom, why I he caught
My attention every time (I still remember the Fire live that made me become an army all because of his centering). The concept of /center/ itself in the industry is truly intriguing and a main reasons I like watching trainee survival shows. It’s a special gift of balance+charisma
