If no such list exists, computer-nerds with skills (not me) should create a resource to crowdsource the running list of actions and behaviors. Maybe some reps from top social justice orgs. could form a committee to rank the actions from substantial to superficial. (2/6)

Though structural change is needed, superficial change is associated with a movement gaining momentum and sticking. Superficial acts help re-shape our verbal behavior, and how we associate words with other words, and concepts. (3/6)
