First of all they sent Jungkook doing the sign in middle of performing which is stupid since when he did the above gestures taehyung was completely aware of them and they were meant to be seen.
When the person told them that they're talking about the subtle one's they invalidated the possibility of the sign being an 'i love you' sign and called it a subconscious thing first and then just associated it with rock N roll
When the said person tried to point out the significance othey said it's not exclusive to taekook at all but when asked for any instance when jk did this to another member and the member reciprocated it at the same time and in the same subtle way they ignored it.
Took her sweet time to find any instance when Jk did & another member did this but couldn't. After BWL Ithought it's clear why the sign means? Jk once shouted "I love you" to Army at concert with that sign.
