Scam using @USPS and @AskPayPal. Seller sends an empty box to random store near your house. The item shows delivered to your city and zip (all that’s required for proof). @PayPal has a fraud guarantee that is flawed and they support this fraud instead. https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Disputes-and-Limitations/Scammed-using-fake-tracking-number-by-the-seller/td-p/2147563">https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Disput...
Just spoke to USPS and informed that the item was NOT delivered to my address but was delivered to an address in my city and zip — thus proving “delivery” to @PayPal. Time to escalate mail fraud to @USPS Postal Inspector Service.
In addition, weight of box is 5 oz. That sounds kind of light @PayPal for an electronic keypad lock for front door. @AskPayPal, you guys HAVE TO be more involved or you’re only siding with fraudulent sellers. At least @AMEX does what they say!
