LASG needs to concession Teslim Balogun Stadium and Agege Stadium to MFM FC and Ikorodu Utd who will expand them and turn them into football-specific stadiums.
There are so many levers to pull that can stimulate economic growth. You don't leave assets lying idle.

IMO, Lagos should be the London of the NPFL - should have no fewer than 5 teams. A brand new team + 35,000-seater stadium in Lekki for the upmarket crowd, a team at Onikan Stadium, one at Agege stadium, the biggest at Teslim Balogun stadium and one between Mile 2 and Badagry.
All privately owned with all investment private sector-driven, obviously. Add this to the new rail line and you have the possibility of proper rivalry pairs growing between Lagos/Ibadan and Lagos/Abeokuta.
