NEW: Oklahoma reports 526 new coronavirus cases, the 2nd-highest single-day increase the state has reported.

The 7-day average has nearly tied its highest level.
The state reported three new deaths from the virus, causing the 7-day average of deaths to tick up slightly again.
I don't have anything more on the people who died, total testing or the positivity rate. The state doesn't have an update today because of the holiday.
The number of current hospitalizations increased last night to 391, the highest level since mid-April. I'm not sure if we'll get an EO Report tonight or not - seems like no.

As I saw @KassieMcClung point out, this increase comes ahead of a holiday weekend that has health officials concerned. In OKC, officials have said the metro cannot sustain another spike on top of what we're seeing now.
For that reason, officials ask that people take precautions, especially mask-wearing and social distancing this weekend. Remember that indoor gatherings are some of the riskiest activities one can take part in
