~What is the Pixie Diet?~

The Pixie diet is a 10-day regime where your intake is limited to 150 calories a day~

I myself am trying this diet out, and will add to this thread to update on how much weight I lose on this diet!
If you would like to try this out, I recommend that in the days before and after you do this diet, that you up your intake by a small amount, as it is an incredibly low caloric intake and your body will need the fuel to get you through.
Make sure whilst completing the 10 days not to overexert yourself! Light workouts / exercises are okay, but your body will not have the energy to do much more than that.
With any other diet, make sure you are hydrated! Drink at least 2 litres of water a day, as the body gets a sizeable amount of it's water from foods.
