Summer Transfer Window Daily Summary Thread, 2020

• Every rumor will be ranked as per the Tier List

• I will be providing a personal rating so you can know my opinion on the rumor. Same will be done on a scale of 5️⃣, 1️⃣ being the lowest and 5️⃣ being the best

In the last two weeks, Sancho has agreed in principle a five year contract with United, which will initially be around £140,000 a week but increasing to around £200,000 a week over time.
