Not exercise related, but please read.

If you don't already have at least one rifle and several high capacity magazines for every competent adult in your household, get one now. Everyone should have a pistol, too. Get training, practice as often as you can afford. 1/
You should have at least one well stocked trauma kit and every person in your household should have an individual first aid kit. These should include supplies for treating burns. Get training and learn how to use these as well. 2/
Get security cameras and external lights all around your home.

Coordinate with trusted neighbors on communication and defense of your neighborhood and local area.

Identify vulnerable neighbors (elderly, disabled, families with young children) and have plans to protect them. 3/
Considering the tactics the leftist mobs have been using, you should also have fire extinguishers in every bedroom, in addition to the main living spaces in your home, and everyone should know how to use them. 4/
If some leftist nutjob throws a molotov coctail through your child's bedroom window at 3am you don't want to have to run halfway through your house and back to get a fire extinguisher.

Your family should already have fire plans. 5/
Some of you might think this is ridiculous, and have no intention of buying a gun, extra medical supplies or fire suppression equipment, etc.. I wish it was, and I wish you didn't need one, but you need to do this NOW. 6/
If you do this now and I turn out to be wrong, you will be over-prepared for lesser emergencies in the future and possibly have a new hobby.

Better to have plans and equipment and not need them than the other way around. 7/
If you do not prepare now, and I turn out to be right, your homes may be looted and destroyed and you and your family could be murdered by leftist mobs, probably beaten to death or burned alive, maybe worse. 8/
I know some of you have friends, relatives, or even spouses who will try to dissuade you from buying firearms.

GET THEM ANYWAY.

You need to take charge and do what is necessary to keep your family safe. 9/
If you have young children or relatives living with you who might have cognitive issues (dementia, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer's, etc.) buy a safe or lockable firearms storage cabinet to secure your weapons from them when you are not carrying them. 10/
If you ARE one of the friends, relatives, or spouses who might try to dissuade someone from buying firearms, just DON'T.

Contrary to uninformed opinion, you are MUCH SAFER with firearms in your home as long as you follow a few simple rules and properly secure them. 11/
I desperately want to be wrong about this. I want things to calm down and go back to normal. I don't want anyone to be hurt. I hope we can all read this next year and laugh about how it all turned out to be nothing. 12/
However, I fear I am not, and would rather prepare for the worst than just do nothing but hope things don't get worse.

What really concerns me is that people who have seen this happen in other countries are worried because of what followed in those places. 13/
Finally, I am an expert on exercise, but NOT on firearms, trauma care, fighting violent mobs, etc.

A few of you are experts on these things, though (do and/or teach these professionally) and I would greatly appreciate any specific recommendations you are willing to share. 14/
Not surprisingly, starting to get some ridicule/hate for this from the left.

If you aren't very afraid of what could happen, you are either naive and/or haven't been paying attention
Also, contrary to uninformed opinion and anti-gun propaganda, more private gun ownership helps to reduce violent crime and firearms accidents can easily be prevented by following a few simple safety rules...
1. Always treat all firearms as if they are loaded.

2. Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy.

3. Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

4. Keep your finger off of the trigger until you intend to shoot.
If you have children or people who are cognitively compromised (dementia, Alzheimer’s, TBI, etc.) in your home, keep your firearms secured in a safe or lockable cabinet when you are not carrying them.
