Listening to Enty's Patreon podcast and he's just said that Ghislaine has a dead man's switch. She collected people too and a treasure trove of documents and photos would be released if anything happens to her.

Update: Ghislaine was staying in a property with a mailing address managed out of a Boston law firm. The lawyer who runs it is married to an attorney called Fauci. It appears that her grandfather is Anthony Fauci's brother. Great digging by a listener.

Quite a few people have been unable to find a record of Anthony Fauci having a brother, myself included. I've double checked the podcast and Enty does say that the listener claimed Cara Fauci's grandfather was Anthony's brother.

That having been said, I think it's highly likely they're related. Apart from the name, both went to College of the Holy Cross:
