If trans women are acceptable targets, just claim any woman is trans to make her a target. Whether it's true doesn't matter because (1) harassment won't wait for "proof," (2) public demand for private info is inherently humiliating, and (3) they'll never actually believe you.

And as the retweeted thread shows, this harassment mostly falls on Black women, cis and trans. It's misogynoir wrapped up in a transphobic package.
