The hoaxer began with a handheld video of a rather boring night sky filmed for the purpose of creating this fake and then added the "UFO" using video software. Similar to this:

I make fake videos all the time to entertain and inform; never to mislead. To make such a video look believable, fake objects added to a video must match the movement of the source video. I made this short video to illustrate the process:

The fake UFO video's camera motion is fast in parts and is also blurry. This combination is notoriously difficult to motion track. The result is that the fake UFO poorly matches the motion of the source video.
