1) gratitude

All you need to do is write down 3 things your grateful for. Writing it down makes it more personal and your acknowledging it more. Being grateful is key in life because it’s focusing on the good, the good gets better. Remember, emotion is energy in motion, so if+
+you have a happy emotions, your going to attract more happiness :)
2) Writing

This can be writing down your emotions, or what your going to do today. Either way, it’s like organising your thoughts and letting them out, relieving your mind from some unnecessary stress and it’ll prevent overthinking (trust me, it works)
3) dance party!

Put on some upbeat music and just move your body, whether your shaking your ass or pretending to have a slow dance with someone, it’s all about having a good time with yourself and treating yourself to something fun :))
4) bubble bath

Taking a bath has sooo many benefits, but one of the best ones is that it will relieve stress, possibly muscle pain and plus it’s nice and cozy! It brings warmth to your body and helps clear your mind. Lighting a few candles is also very nice :))
5) take a walk

No, you don’t need to have a run or exercise. A simple walk with yourself, dog or a friend is enough to clear your mind. Just breathe in fresh air and let it fill your senses and connect with nature and see the natural wonders
6) have a cuddle

You don’t need a partner for this (I mean maybe-) but simply having a hug from a sibling, family member, doggo will bring some warmth and comfort. I find that laying in bed and cuddling my big teddy bear does just the job, it reminds us that we’re loved
7) chill with your faves

Whether it’s your family, friends or favourite band, chilling with people who make you feel happy is so powerful. Your putting yourself in a calming environment and surrounding yourself with all things good, it’s so uplifting
8) meditation

Lots of people think this is bs, I promise it’s not. Taking 5 minutes out of your day to sit and and breathe is powerful. You connect with yourself, allow yourself to calm your mind and be relieved of all negativity. It’s hard at first, but easy to get the hang of
9) shopping!!

Go and treat yourself to some new clothes bby, you deserve it. You see, when we look good, we feel good, so investing in clothes that will make you feel gorgeous is definitely worth it. Beauty isn’t a look, it’s a feeling
10) let go

Yano love, your probably preventing your own happiness yourself. Whether your holding a grudge or not getting over it, your the one who’s reacting, that prevents happiness. Just take some time to rlly look into it, accept it, and overcome it. You can do it
