it's scary how the philippine government really had the fucking audacity to sign the terror bill in the middle of the pandemic. it only shows how they really don't care about their citizens but rather at the opinions of the people about them.

they also decided to junk the petition for the mass testing for covid 19 !!!! it really shows how scared they are of their own citizens to the point they will take away the rights of the people. i don't know how they sleep at night knowing that thousands and thousands are dying
