So who is this Hong Du-Kaek (홍두깨)? He's Hani's(mc) P.E teacher that discovered his talents. So he decided to raise him as track and field athletes.
Who we're looking for is his wife. Her name is Eunae Ko(고은애). This is the character Hyunjin impersonated. She has a curly bun hair and the thing we call red lip is I think lipstick around her mouth(?). There's also a lip pack that is inspired by it.

Overall I don't know how she has racist roots. I tried searching that up but I don't know Korean so I'm still searching. If I find anything racist about her I'll update this thread.

The cartoon overall has nothing racist actually. It's a little girl running and being succsessful. Many old Koreans probably know about this cartoon because it was aired in 1988.
