So here’s how discrimination itself is defined in the act.

“No person with disability shall be discriminated on the ground of disability, unless it is shown that the impugned act or omission is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim.”

Now, what does the above even mean? What is a legitimate aim? How exactly can one legally even prove discrimination with such riders. With these amendments, even the rare few who succeed will have hardly any provisions to protect themselves under the new proposed amendment.
