I’m on a journey to love my body(i nva have yikes). Nurture it, study it-how it reacts to foods and beverages and workouts basically pour positive things into it. I’m excited.
Iv never come to like it because of the people around me. Iv always been told about how it needs to look. How I need to tone down or eat more. How I need to fix this or let go of that. And having been called all sorts of names from my family. Arg 😒.
Iv never actually paid attention to it. I neglected it. Iv never had a relationship with it bc I just never like it. I’m very excited.
This time it’s not me clash dieting or doing some new diet or supplement people are raging about or being serious about gym for 3 weeks and quitting🤣🤣
It’s just me on this journey of selflove aww. That’s why my 5week achievement meant so much to me ncwaaa
