Part of our #homreschooling routine is Friday afternoon we watch a movie with a vague educational value, for history, science or whatever. Previous weeks included Peterloo, The Imitation Game, The Duellists.

Run out of ideas. Any suggestions? (He's almost 12, OK with Cert15)
One of our more tenuous Friday Films was Mean Girls with the instruction: Compare & contrast to Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. I swear he was side-eyeing me like "c'mon, even I can't justify this one..." https://twitter.com/EuanTaylor4/status/1279010505085063168
OK thanks everyone. Great suggestions, but must say a fair few of you have a strange idea of what makes a lighthearted end to the school week for a 12 year old! And on that note we're going to watch 1917 today, primarily because none of us (me, 12yo, 18yo) have seen it yet.
