[2 of 7] β¦ Front door will be unlocked (door is on left end of front porch). Enter and put order on desk inside (to your right)." When the driver arrived, he phoned me; I repeated the instructions. He refused to comply, and dumped the order on my front porch. β¦
[3 of 7] For me, it might as well have been on the moon, as either location is equally inaccessible to me.
I called @Grubhub and reported the situation; I requested a refund and that the driver be ordered to return to reclaim and dispose of the package. β¦

[4 of 7] β¦ Since my property borders the βforever wildβ area of the Karner Blue Butterflyβs domain (an endangered species), it also supports other forms of wildlife, including squirrels and other rodents, who would be attracted by the food left on the porch. β¦
[5 of 7] β¦ I twice have had the experience of a squirrel finding its way into the house and trashing entire rooms. Although @Grubhub did refund my money, they refused to send someone to reclaim the package. As I discussed this with their supervisor, β¦
[6 of 7] β¦ I asked to be transferred to her superior. I was informed that her employer prohibits her from doing so. Apparently, the senior management of @Grubhub/ @Seamless cares so little about customer dissatisfaction with their employees who refuse to β¦
[7 of 7] β¦ follow instructions that they have insulated themselves from them. I informed them that I would never do business with them again, and I recommend that you do not either.
