some of your friends are going through some deep rooted stuff and it never gets brought to the surface bc they don’t want to be a burden. go out of your way and make them know you are there to listen and be with them. you have no idea how much it helps.
be vulnerable. be willing to listen. you don’t have to have the right words to say. just someone who takes the time to be there is enough i promise.
healthy communication and processing emotions with someone you trust is helpful in order to heal. you need to bring it to the surface so you don’t keep digging yourself into a deeper pit
