Open thread to share what people never tell you about pregnancy/having a baby because we as a society don’t talk about anything related to women! I’ll start: breastfeeding in the beginning takes up almost your whole day and one feed can take hours. I was VERY surprised by this!

Another one for me is that you bleed for weeks after!! Had literally no idea!

Also I was shocked when after birth they told me not to worry about passing any blood clots as long as they were under GOLF BALL SIZED. But if you passed a GOLF BALL SIZED BLOOD CLOT ITS FINE.
