I requested the Twitch Streamer AdmiralBahroo to remove the emote roo4, he commissioned me for it many years ago, never paid for it, and has since traced it without my permission. He said he needed 7 days for a replacement. It's been 10 days it's still there. He since blocked me.
I only agreed to drawing that emote for him under the premise that it would ONLY be used on April Fools. This streamer is very sketchy, and I don't recommend working with him.
Just in case it's needed, these are pics that show the emotes in question, and the streamer agreeing to remove it.
Please note, instead of just removing my work and replacing it with NEW art done by a different artist, It just keeps getting edited. This is deliberate, this is bullying.
After my DMCA I had high hopes that my work would finally be taken down. He filed a counter claim. He has no 'proof'. He knows the only way to fight back is to take him to court. He knows I don't have the money for court. This is how bullies win.

Well I found the transaction after digging into my history, and it definitely isn't labelled roo4. Do you know why? Because it was for a Chibi with background. I never would have charged $70 for a headshot in 2016. It would have been $40 at most.
The thumbnail is a correct charge, it was multiple chibis. The 'personal art' was art I charged as single character because it involved my character. There's my proof that you have no proof.

It's pretty amazing that I have to show this much proof, but all he has to say is "I HAVE PROOF" and apply labels to unlabeled transactions. He lied. Plain and simple. He's just hoping his fans will take him at face value and harass me into silence.
