And their happiness knew no bound, truly so love at first sight was a real thing back then <3

And Ram comes to win over Sita in her swayamvar

The Groom and the Bride

And they get married.

Ram, Sita and Laxman leave for their 14 year long vanvaas.

Sitaphal or Custard Apple.
It is called Sitaphal as when Ram was hungry at the time of their vanvaas, Sita found it and gave it to Ram after tasting it herself.
One bite of this fruit cured his hunger for days. <3

Surpanakha, Raavan's sister and the demon in disguise comes across Ram and Laxman in the forest and proposes them to marry her. Ram being married denies and Laxman denies as he was there for her brother.
This rejection enrages her.

During that she attacks Sita and Laxman attacks her back removing her nose from her body.
Raavan is furious and hence he makes the Sita- haran plan to take a revenge from Ram and Laxman.

Ram and Sita were enjoying their time in the vanvaas. Him putting a braid and flowers on her hair, and she enjoying it more than the materialistic royal treatments she used to recieve.

Then Sita spots a golden deer and upon lots convincing, he agrees to get her that deer and tells Laxman to keep a close eye on Sita because down somewhere he knew something wasnt right.

Ram kills the demon who was disguised as a golden deer and when he was dying, he yelled Laxman as to asking help.
This worries Sita and Laxman and hence Laxman decides to go help Ram, making the Laxman Rekha from which no one can enter the house premises.

Raavan then disguises himself as a rishi and Sita is forced to step out of the Laxman Rekha to fulfill her Karm as the rishi or Raavan had very cleverly asked her for some grains and she could not deny.

Taking the opportunity. Raavan kidnaps her and takes her to Lanka, his kingdom.

Ram on not finding Sita home, is terrified and alas his fears do come true. </3

Ram went on an insane search for Sita and as it is said he didnt even take a breath of fresh air cuz for Ram, Sita was his breath and he couldnt live without her.
Finally, after alot of days he got to know that Raavan had kidnapped Sita.

This infuriated Sitapati Ram to his core and he took a pledge to save Sita for sure and at the same time to make sure Raavan- the ten headed demon would get punished for his wrong deeds or sins.

On the other hand, Raavan did everything he could to get Sita as she was the prettiest women to ever exist and tried to make her forget her love for Ram.
But ironically this lead to her love for Ram strengthen.

"Jo Sita ke kan kan mai basse hai, Woh Shri Ram hai.
Aur Sita jinke hriday mai vaas karti hai, keval wahi Shri Ram hai."

When Raavan threatened Sita to marry her, a straw protected her as the straw had the energy of love and if Raavan tried to cross that straw he would crumble down to ashes.

Bajrangbali Shri Hanuman who was the biggest devotee of Lord Ram and an incarnation of Mahadev and the Vaanar Sena met Ram and Promised to devote their lives for finding Sita and saving her.

Ram gave Hanuman his ring, which was a symbol of his love that he would give it to Sita when he finds her.
Hanuman found her after many years and finally she got the ring and her trust won!!

I can never appreciate their eyes enough, the pain and longing to see each other in their eyes breaks me.

Hanuman as expected had to prove his loyalty towards Ram and he did that with utmost passion which made Sita trust him on the first sentence he spoke.

On the otherhand. Sita also gave a symbol of her love towards Ram and while returning to Ram, Hanuman had burnt the whole Lanka down to prove that these materialistic things do not matter in life and do not lead you anywhere.

These two peices of jewellery might just be a piece of gold to the rest of the world, but to them it was assurance and hope.

Making the Ram/ Prem setu (which btw is still seen between Sri Lanka and India) Ram and the Vaanar Sena reached Lanka to have a massive war against Raavan.

After a long war, Raavan is finally defeated and this shall forever be an example of how the virtuous always wins over the evil.

Ram and Sita, finally meet after years which seemed like eras to them.

Nothing humanly could compare to the happiness they felt then being with each other.

Ram and Sita return to Ayodhya and Ramxis given the throne of Ayodhya as he completed his vanvaas successfully.
Ram asks Hanuman for one wish he has to which Hanuman rips his chest and shows Ram and Sita in his heart being the greatest gift he could ever get.
