Over the past 6 months they’ve been working hard to identify preferred inclusive language, create and implement processes and tools to help our teams adopt these changes across @TwitterEng and more broadly across the company.

We want to share our learnings and approach to help others in the industry learn from Twitter and adopt inclusive language as well. This is a hugely important initiative that impacts more than just Twitter.

Our company must reflect the people we serve—every community and all voices. We’ve got work to do, but make no mistake, we’re not stopping #UntilWeAllBelong .
