8:00am β good morning! i love waking up to the sounds of birds chirping. the world just waking up, everything is calm and peaceful
8:15 β immediately after i wake up, i drink a bottle of water, make my bed, do my morning skincare routine and do a light stretch to set my mood right for the rest of my day
8:30 β one of my favourite times of the day, breakfast! i'm usually not very hungry in the morning so i like to have something light to get my brain working
9:00 β time to start my workday! from now until lunch i'll answer any emails, work on my tasks for the day and collaborate with coworkers on projects
1:00 - 5:00 β for the rest of my day, i'll finish my tasks for the day, correspond with my manager and coworkers and make sure i know what has to be done tomorrow
5:00 β at this time i'll take around half an hour to relax, have a snack if i need one, check any updates on my phone or read
5:30 β time to start preparing dinner! i love putting on some music and making food that makes me feel good
6:30 β dinner! i enjoy this time because my family and i talk about our days after work or school. we love having a variety of fruit after dinner as dessert!
7:30 β my favourite time of the day is when i get to have my walk after dinner. i love discovering new routes and walking through my neighbourhood while it's blanketed in golden light
9:00 β time to workout! there's something about working out before bed that calms me down. and of course, i end it with my nightly stretching routine.
10:30 β finally, ill wind down and shower, do my skincare, and turn on my diffuser with lavender. i end my days with some light reading and check social media one last time
