In Togo, delivery works like a charm too. I couldn't believe it but my wife orders pizza and snacks for the kids and they deliver. Francophone Africa is much better organized than most people realize. The Nigeria and Ghana headache of anyhowness in delivery is tiring.

Logistics is different from transportation. We have not learned even basic transportation and nailed it yet.
