Ayton has took huge strides as a defender, he is a great rim protector but he is very agile and can stay in front of faster players.
Deandre Ayton has a -6.2 DFG%(Very Good) and its clear why when watching him play, his rim protection is so impressive.
Deandre Ayton is also a very impressive rebounder, he averages a very good 4 offensive rebounds a game, in this play he goes up against another really good rebounder in Collins and comes out on top.
He is starting to develop a nice jumper, he can do some turn arounds and has a nice free throw jumper
