Got a heads up that a story I reported out for BuzzFeed last year is being cast by the current CEO of DataCamp as an "inaccurate portrayal of events" (the phrase used to describe my article was "who cares if it's true" journalism).

I worked really hard and it took weeks to report this out. But most of all, it's pretty freaking despicable that Kara has to keep being retraumatized by tech execs telling her the painful experience she went through and told me about was somehow a story with "misinformation"

Also, disinformation is LITERALLY my beat now! I can tell the difference between misinformation and reporting, which I do professionally for a living!!
