WHY I& #39;M MAD: A THREAD

So first, lemme start by saying this thread is LONG OVERDUE, but I& #39;m making it now because of this dumbass email they sent me today regarding a grade appeal for one of my classes (INTRO TO GEOGRAPHY TAUGHT BY VICTOR NEAL ON TUES/THURS). We gunna start from the beginning.

So the semester started and I originally was NOT in this class, but I decided to take it because I needed bullshit credits. Y& #39;all know how senior year goes. I ended up joining this class 2.5ish weeks late. It be like that sometimes.

Now, Iain put two and two together till way later, but this was the same nigga in ANOTHER DEPT in the school under "Academic Success" or some shit like that in 2016. Had multiple complaints in there too, but I digress. Just know...

This nigga Neal is INCREDIBLY unorganized. Damn near doesn& #39;t even use blackboard the entire class pre-rona, but I can forgive that since most professors I have don& #39;t. But I CAN& #39;T forgive it when you only use it to post announcements at 10 and 11 PEEE EMMMM. That& #39;s ridiculous.

But it& #39;s whatever. I go to class, I do my work, then rona hits and that& #39;s when the bullshit starts. Class switches to online as everyone does, and this niggas puts in ONE grades from the pre-rona time, and Ion think anything of it.

SO for post-rona class, lemme just say this nigga expected us to submit journal entries every day for attendance. NO grade, and it was only allowed during class time. Class time is irrelevant if the class is online, but that& #39;s another conversation.

So if you had Neal for anything, you know he be DOIN. THEE. MOST. This class was no exception. Ridiculous requirements for EVERY assignment. I fair through it the best I can. SO MUCH SO, I do all the work and come out the class with a 70sum on Blackboard and ACEEE THE FINAL.

So final grades come out and I look at banner, only to find out I have a MUHFUCKIN F ON THE BOOKS??????? BRO HOW WHEN EVERYTHING ADDS UP ON BLACKBOARD??? WAS IT BECAUSE OF THE JOURNALS???

I email this nigga EXPEDITIOUSLY asking for a reason, and he tells me "turn in anything you did late." NIGGA THERE AINT NOTHING LATE, ITS ALL RIGHT THERE.

I send him a screenshot of my grades on BB, and you know what happens?

HE DON& #39;T RESPOND. WHATSOEVER.

Fast forward a couple weeks and I give him AMPLE TIME. So now, I& #39;m talking to another professor about my situation and she tells me to appeal the grade. GOTCHU. I go through the grade appeal process, and CC my chancellor SO QUICK so there& #39;s no confusion.

The dept. chair and I go into a zoom and I explain my situation, and she does the investigation thing or whateva. Fast forward to LITERALLY a few hours ago and she emails me her conclusion saying that there were 40 POINTS OF INCOMPLETED ASSIGNMENTS, and send me an attachment.

BRO 40 POINTS??? THOSE ARE NBA NUMBERS QUIT PLAYING WITH ME

So I& #39;m looking at this email in COMPLETE AWE. Not because it& #39;s 40 points missing, but because I DID MOST OF THAT WORK, and on top of that, ONE OF THOSE ASSIGNMENTS NEVER HAPPENED ( a quiz on Chapter 9).

She also says in her email that the syllabus was posted in BB. So I go and ask folks in our group chat because I NEVER seen the syllabus for this class.

Tell me how everyone said he posted this syllabus A FEW DAYS around finals time......so basically he didn& #39;t post it.

So now I got this GOOOOFY ass professor go SO HARD OUT OF HIS WAY TO LIE, and FOR WHY???? Bro can literally just take this L and move on. None of this explains why my friend DOESN& #39;T EVEN OPEN BB after ronabreak and gets a HIGHER GRADE.

This nigga has absolutely no integrity or accountabilty about what he does and DOES NOT CARE. Avoid him AT ALL COSTS. No I& #39;m not posting my grades, the email, the chairperson, or anyuhdat.
