(元気)"genki?"or (元気ですか)"genki desuka?" are friendly - casual
(お元気ですか)ogenki desuka?" formal
"お元気でいらっしゃいますか"ogenki de irasshaimasuka?"formal - very polite

Gentle way to tell someone to do sth.
If you add な ( = na) to verb masu stem, it is more gentle
*masu stem + な ( = na) 
*食べなさい = tabenasai
→食べな = たべな= tabena = Eat! / You should eat.(It sounds much warmer than 食べろ = tabero)
