Once i see(雨だ)in his story,i wanted to know the meaning but i can& #39;t understand Kanji,so i find a list of all Kanji characters and then i find out 雨(Ame)means rain

Gentle way to tell someone to do sth.
If you add な ( = na) to verb masu stem, it is more gentle
*masu stem + な ( = na)
*食べなさい = tabenasai
→食べな = たべな= tabena = Eat! / You should eat.(It sounds much warmer than 食べろ = tabero)
