Officer Lopez appears to be in violation of @TacomaPD’s Professional Standards, P4.1.9:

While @TacomaPD officer Sam Lopez clearly violates TPD’s professional standards, the Citizen Police Advisory Committee must strengthen policies.
Officers should NOT appear in uniform or posing with police vehicles on social media and/or dating apps.
