oneus as sharks: a much-needed thread

(much-needed by me, specifically. doubt it's true for anyone else but here it is anyway)
-not all of it will be relevant im just writing down random shark facts
-youre about to witness me being a nerd sorry
-since there are a lot of sharks and i know Very Few there might be species that i don't know that fit better. feel free to throw them out here!!

-theyre so pretty. and so cute look at them
-a bunch of studies have been done on catshark behavior and it's been shown that individuals have different personalities!
-some are social, and they sleep in big shark piles in caves nd it's cute as heck
seoho as the shortfin mako shark
-fast
-like great whites, known to tumble out of the water nd do flips midair as a hunting strategy. this is known as breaching!
-one of the shark species that breathe via ram ventilation, so they literally have to keep moving to breathe
geonhak as the thresher shark
-my personal favorite species, but don't let elles see this
-very strong. can whip their tails up to a speed of 80 mph and the force is strong enough to create like, literal shockwaves in the water
-baby-faced. tiny mouth. adorable :((
keonhee as the whale shark
-so so pretty.
-huge mouths i mean look at them. they have over 3000 teeth and i just think that's very neat
-but they don't really like. use them
-gentle giants! there's a reason so many people swim with them :D
-another ram ventilator!
hwanwoong as the blacktip shark
-found in shallow water worldwide
-also known to do acrobatics while hunting prey. they do these cool spinning leaps while attacking schools of fish!
-ik there's a whole tiger shark too but look at their slitted eyes they look like tigers
dongju as the cookiecutter shark
-tiny
-elusive
-seriously. like there have been tales abt cookiecutter bites on fish for thousands of years but do you know when we discovered this thing?
-like, 1962.
-they take a cookie sized bite out of fish nd boats nd just swim away. gremlins
