So I want to start by saying tunji is not a totally horrible person but he has way to much control over her decisions and is extremely egotistical so much that it has hindered normanis career

Let’s start, normani was suppose to Collab with the chainsmokers it would have been a summer pop Collab but tunji turned it down because it was too pop and he believes she’s “ bigger than that... you see how that becomes such a bigger issue down the line

If she wants to do pop or rnb no one tell her she can’t or can not especially when she’s a new artist trying to find her sound and still on her journey let her make her own decisions!!

So remember when I said he has an ego well he made normani go interview with Zane Lowe instead of a BLACK radio host even tho he’s shown normani more love and support all because Zane is “bigger” everything is about what’s bigger and who’s bigger and he project it onto her

Normani was also suppose to Collab with uk singer Anne Marie But because the song was a ft it wasn’t big enough for him he turned it down and now dojacat is currently making a song with her.

Tunji has admitted to purposely using her successful collabs to promo her solo music instead of spending money and promoting it the promo for her songs don’t come because he does not want to spend the money

Tunji is also obsessed with getting normani to appeal to “urban market” even tho she’s done great pop records ( which is undeniable her lane) sorry to break it to y’all but Waves was something he made her put out and then didn’t even promote it so what was the point?

When fans fought to get her more promo and as to the reason why she’s not getting it he GASLIGHTED US made us seem ungrateful for “everything he’s done” when we were right the whole time when it came to normanis promo

back to this mans very large ego, lots of ppl want to know why normani has not gone onto YouTube platforms for song association etc. is because he thinks she’s so big for it. Even if she expresses she wants to. he booked her has a voice guest judge because it was a “bigger” look

He does not have a humble bone in his body lmao he literally takes credit for her success and says “ we gave y’all a top 20” always gas lighting is after we make valid concerns when we were 100% correct

Throughout this thread u can already tell this man is super unprofessional we’ll get this, he admitted to fans back in 2018 Chloe and Halle were working on a more grown and sexy album which turned out to be “ ungodly hour” he believed they were copying his artists duo vanjess

Another example of him being super cocky that he can’t help it. This is in regards of asking for more promo and help on streaming platforms.

fans have tried to deal with this mans egotistical cocky and head strong decisions regarding normanis career and he told us to respect the rollout and look at us years into her career and look what her team has done for her but they tried to make it seem we were crazy

Tunji knows he’s been unprofessional he knows what he did was wrong and when called out he hates to face the music

Normani deserves more than a label owner who uses tries to cheap or on promo and stop her from doing things she wants to do in her career not tunji. He signed her before she fully left 5h and she didn’t have another choice, in hindsight she should have waited for someone else.

note again I don’t think this man is a horrible person and have malice in the things he does but I DO think he has a horrible ego and is way to controlling ands he’s projecting that onto someone who doesn’t deserve that treatment
