Non-disabled people only: What's one major problem with this 'wheelchair-adapted' kitchen? (It's currently on craigslist and accessible housing listing for Vancouver btw.)

$1875/month

BC disability rent max is $375/month
Good replies. I'm impressed. All of these except the microwave are same in my 'wheelchair-adapted' apt. Pretty sure same cupboards actually. One thing worse in mine is placement of sink. This is how they're building them. It doesn't work for me at all.
I'd like to again put out to the universe my desire to work with a kitchen designer on a wheelchair adapted kitchen design. Maybe we could enter it for some awards. I have ideas. I need your design skills.
The other issue with the oven is in addition to height, need for swing door, pull out shelf underneath, PLEASE FOR THE LUV OF MY BACK MAKE IT SELF CLEANING!!! You have no idea how hard it is to try to reach back of oven (hint you can't) .
I basically use paper towels and barbecue tongs to try to wipe it. It's really not very effective. ALso the face full of oven cleaner is always delightful for my lungs and asthma. /s
