So what is Gonadal Dysgenesis?
Gonadal Dysgenesis is a condition where the development of the gonads (ovaries or testes) are abnormal or impaired.

There can be females with streak ovaries. (Just read the articles here to see what stream ovaries are)

Another name for streak ovaries is Ovarian Dysgenesis.
(Streak Ovaries are very common in females with Turner syndrome.)

I couldn’t find any articles about streak testes for some reason.
But I do know conditions like Frasier syndrome and Swyer Syndrome do cause Gonadal Dysgenesis in XY individuals
