when I say "Know yourself first, it helps to love yourself." And people ask me, "How do I do that? Everyone keep telling know yourself, but how do I do that?"

Today I am just gonna brief how you can in simple ways that I learnt.
1. Ask questions.
It sounds silly, I know but ask questions to yourself, why I am liking this, why I am not liking this, why I am liking this sometimes but hating it sometimes? At times goes, you will not only find the right questions to ask but also the realise that+
that answers are not actually answers but actually realising how your thought process works. The more you understand how you think, the lesser your issues will be.

2. Know that no matter how complex the issues might seem, the solutions will be simple. At times, the solution+
actually comes to you when you stop running behind the problems. You will know when to stop when you actually know your own thought process which brings back you to the first statement.

3. Remember that sad feelings are feelings too and they are not negative. You can't just+
just feel happiness, it won't make sense. You will feel sadness and it's okay to be sad but you can't stay in the pattern of staying melancholic, then it's just you filling the void you feel with sadness just to feel something. Then you seek help, it's okay to seek help.
