For the past month I’ve been working at Mojo coffee. When I noticed that they continued to have a policy to serve free coffee to cops despite everything that has happened, all the while giving away blm posters and displaying a “woke” image, I was immediately shut down. (1/7)

When I mentioned it to one of the only black employees she also expressed anger about it. Later, I mentioned it to a white employee and she said that she actually liked it because the cops didn’t give them parking tickets because of it. (2/7)

I was shocked, and kept pressing her to no avail. I then jokingly said well if a cop comes in guess I’ll be spitting in their drink. After that I dropped it because clearly she wasn’t ready to have a real conversation. She was your classic fake woke liberal. (3/7)

I wasn’t ready to let the cop thing slide though. And over the next week or so I brought it up to other employees and my manager explaining the hypocrisy of giving away blm posters and claiming support all while giving free coffee to cops. (4/7)

Noone was willing to have a serious conversation about this. Fast forward to today, where I receive an email from my manager saying I’ve been fired. The email claims that I “said I would spit in a customers drink while customers were present.” There were no customers present(5/7)

There was also no mention of cops in the email and I am assuming that this was somehow seen as irrelevant to my statements. I wanted to make this thread so that people know what goes on behind the scenes at mojo, the fake woke coffee shop that gives free coffee to cops. (6/7)

Also don’t forget the owner of mojo has sexually assaulted and harassed former female employees and may have had a sexual relationship with an underage employee so I maybe should have seen this coming. That’s all thanks for reading (7/7)
