You can’t decide what a “quality life” is for someone else. The fact that you wouldn’t see your life as worth living if you were sick/in pain/paralyzed/housebound/took a long time to do everyday things is your choice, but it is subjective.
Don’t project it onto other people, demand that they feel the same way, or argue that lifesaving care should be denied to them because that’s how you, personally, would or do feel.
I would much rather be sick and in pain for 60 more years than perfectly healthy and active for 10 more. Health is not morality, it’s not purity, it’s not goodness. It’s health.
