Finally, @HelsinkiComm published a 2018 brief on incorporation transparency in the EU, the UK, and the USA, describing it as the "first line of financial defense." For years, @HelsinkiComm has highlighted the centrality of incorporation transparency to the promotion of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law. It is high time Congress pass this law and enable the USA to redouble its role as a global anti-corruption champion. 4/4
