- Start by Writing down your Goal statement with a deadline on a card.
- Paste it somewhere where you can see it easily and read it as first thing in the morning and last thing at night.


- For the next 30 days,
- You write down one thing each day you have been resisting, and you DO it that day.
- As you start to do those tasks that you have been resisting, this builds Will Power.
Eg. Writing your Blog post


- Daily 30 - 45 minutes of exercise will help you become more focused, active, and many more benefits.


- Disorder or distraction in your workplace or your physical environment will not help you to stay focused.
- A minimalist distraction-free environment is necessary for you to think very clearly.
- Mess creates Stress.


- People sometimes procrastinate because they are afraid of being evaluated or receiving negative feedback.
- People also procrastinate because they’re afraid of failing at the tasks that they need to complete.
